Account Manager – Enterprise Clients
Location: Remote (must be based in US)

Do you know how to grow enterprise accounts, win executive trust and turn insights into value? We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to take care of our most important clients and help them thrive with CHILI GraFx.
What you’ll do
Be the partner they trust
You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients, working closely with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors on both sides.
Drive expansion
You’ll identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities, helping our solutions scale within global organizations.
Support strategic platform transitions
You’ll guide long-standing clients through their move to CHILI GraFx, making the experience seamless, relevant and aligned with their future vision.
Create value at scale
You’ll build strategic account plans, partner with our leadership, product, marketing and customer success teams and ensure that every client milestone drives impact.
Show up when it counts
While this role is remote, you’ll occasionally travel to meet clients in person when the moment calls for it. This may add up to around 50 percent of your time.

Job requirements
What we’re looking for
Experience
7+ years managing enterprise accounts, preferably in SaaS or MarTech. You’ve worked with complex organizations and delivered results.
Sales mindset
You’re confident upselling and cross-selling, and you understand how to build long-term value, not just short-term wins.
Strategic thinking
You know how to think like a client and plan like a business partner. Financial fluency and growth planning are second nature.
Tech and tools
Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo – you’re fluent in CRM tools and bring a habit of keeping data structured and up to date.
People skills
You’re credible with executives, collaborative with cross-functional teams and calm when stakes are high.
Adaptability
You’re comfortable in fast-moving environments and take full ownership of your work. You know when to lead and when to listen.
Self-starter energy
You’re proactive, well-connected and comfortable building momentum across distributed teams. You know how to navigate the flexibility of remote work while staying aligned, visible and collaborative both internally and with clients.
