Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for an independent and ambitious Business Development Representative to celebrate wins and hit our ambitious growth goals.

As a Business Development Representative you are responsible to help the sales team to develop the sales pipeline. Reach out to leads to enrich information and qualify the lead. Research targeted accounts and enrich information. Help shorten the sales cycle and close deals with new customers:

  • Outreach via multiple communication channels
  • Analyse the needs of prospects and customers
  • Combine inbound lead qualification with outbound initiatives
  • Contribute to significant growth via desk research, business development and campaign management with the marketing team
  • Provide information to Business Development Managers about prospects, you will work very closely with your allocated Business development Manager(s)
  • Keep sales tools up to date and log communication with customers, leads and prospects in Salesforce
  • Upscale leads by organizing next steps such as demo or onsite visit
  • Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete contact information and emails
  • Spot the commercial opportunity when interviewing the prospect
  • Follow up leads and report the status of leads to the Business Development Managers
  • Work with the BDR Team Lead towards a continuous learning training path

Requirements

Are you the one?

You might be, if you fit the profile:

  • At least a first experience (1-3 years) in an internal sales role, preferred in a software environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Salesforce or CRM hygiene, Outreach experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English (Dutch, French, German or any other language is a plus)
  • For you, reaching out to prospects and outbounding is a natural fit
  • Research and results oriented
  • Objection handling
  • Very structured in the way you work and follow up with prospects
  • Experience with building communication sequences
