  • Writing the QA Plan for product releases
  • Organizing and managing the tool stack used for Quality Control & the development of automated testing
  • Owning test strategy, planning, execution, testing, reporting
  • Identifying & assessing risks
  • Verifying the quality of deliverables
  • Leading the team of QA Engineers
  • Monitoring and reporting on overall product quality SLAs and KPIs
  • Communicating on vision & QA approach with internal stakeholders & to external shareholders, like customers & technology partners

Skilled, structured, and savvy define your professional attitude. If you bring additional perks like the ones below, you should be golden:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience with software development on the table, of which 3 years preferably in a QA role or similar
  • Based on a Bachelor or university degree preferably in computer science or similar
  • You know how to work with remote and/or distributed teams
  • Throw in experience with test automation in the Microsoft C# and Azure stack
  • Showcase proven experience with creating QA strategy and a QA Plan within a software organization, preferably with QA integrated in an Agile software development process
  • Always keeping a key focus on planning, agreements, cost, benefits, risks
  • Never not driving options and scenarios
  • Jira & Confluence are your faves
  • Fluent in technical writing and team conversations (English is a must, other languages a plus)
