Flutter/Dart Software Engineer – EU

At CHILI publish, we’re on a mission to change how businesses create, automate, and manage graphics - and we’re looking for a Flutter/Dart Engineer to help us do it. You’ll work on a modern SaaS product with real impact, build features that matter to our customers, and be part of a friendly, talented tech team. 

Not a Flutter/Dart expert (yet)? That’s fine. We’re more interested in enthusiast software engineers with a solid grasp of modern development practices who bring curiosity and a willingness to learn. What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Active participation in an agile team - contributing to design, planning and estimation and taking ownership 

• Translating business ideas into impactful features through creativity and smart problem-solving. 

• Writing clean, reliable Flutter/Dart code - we target Flutter web! 

• Writing tests to keep quality high 

• Fixing bugs, improving performance, and making sure our SaaS solution runs smoothly 

• Collaborating with product managers, designers, frontend and backend developers - we build things together.

What Makes You a Good Fit: 

• You’ve got 2+ years of experience with strongly typed languages  

• You’re comfortable working with complex business logic and layered architectures 

• You know your way around canvas, compositing, and performance tuning 

• You are passionate about finding clever solutions to tough problems 

• You write solid tests and understand the value of clean, maintainable code 

• You’re curious, collaborative, and enjoy learning and improving things 

• You can clearly communicate in English.

Bonus Points If You: 

• Have hands-on experience with Flutter/Dart 

• Know the basics of microservices, Docker, or cloud hosting 

• Have knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript 

• Have knowledge of the inner workings of PDF 

• Have worked on a SaaS or creative MarTech product.
