Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Revenue Marketing Manager to join our journey.

Goal:

With a full funnel scope, and line of sight to sales opportunities closed/won, identify and optimize specific channels in marketing that offer revenue growth and align sales and marketing efforts with revenue. Drive revenue growth in a predictable way, by creating a constant and continuous loop of feedback between marketing, (channel) sales and revenue operations. Develop strategies that can be effectively repeated to drive new customer acquisition and in turn predict sales and revenue.

Requirements

  • Own our multichannel engagement strategy, including email, website, SEO, social, paid media.
  • Own our digital channels and bidding strategies, including Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, G2, Capterra and similar.
  • Own Top Funnel, Mid Funnel, Bottom Funnel and through-funnel dashboarding, as a basis for accurate performance analytics of our marketing investment.
  • Own our martech stack: Active Campaign, Dato, Salesforce: The Customer Company , Webinar Geek, Hotjar, CHILI GraFx.
  • Own and report on common Revenue Marketing KPIs.
  • Align with peers and cross-functions to share insights and drive continuous improvement of the predictable revenue growth cycle.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years experience in digital marketing or marketing operations, ideally in an international SaaS environment.
  • Know the ins and outs of common revenue channels and revenue attribution models.
  • Strong command of MS Excel, BI-tools, Salesforce: The Customer Company and common marketing automation and reporting systems.
  • Strong acumen in marketing/business analytics, previous experience in business operations, revenue operations.
