Job description


Our VP Delivery keeps a vigilant eye on product vision, roadmap, business strategy, contractual and service agreements. He anticipates how it will resonate with his team, our customers, and partners. And he knows how to develop and deliver our product and services accordingly.


We expect the VP Delivery to:


  • Handle the entire release management cycle – that includes on-premise product software development, maintenance, SaaS/Cloud service delivery and operations optimizing.
  • Match our software development lifecycle to our service delivery process and keep it in line with general business parameters. SLA’s and KPI’s are your pocket mantras.
  • Run a tight ship to manage all on site and outsourced development teams to set a steady course towards agreed quality parameters and success criteria.
  • Adhere to our company values and set them as an exemplary standard.
  • Join our management team.


Are you the one?


You know how to translate internal goals into external realizations and how to communicate on them. Making tech understandable so everyone can be aligned, is your thing.

By managing the outsourcing partner relationship, you know how to align with external technology partners. You can turn what the markets and customers want into operation and delivery policies, and procedures that deliver. You tune in with marketing and communication to establish the GTM growth path we all envision.


Requirements

Do you fit the profile?


When the stakes are high, we need a highballer who can tick off most of the following boxes:

  • You come with a background in development management or services management in a software organization. Maybe even a bachelor or university degree in computer sciences or similar?
  • You need 5 to 10 years of experience in leadership roles in medium plus sized technology or software development firms.
  • Agile software development processes are your cardio. Streamlining Product Management processes is your strength training.
  • You know how to work with remote and distributed teams to deliver to an international market. (You need to be proficient in English, other languages are a bonus)
  • Ownership, team Spirit and flexibility were your core values before they were ours.
